How to create a new forum topic?
On the forums page, select the forum that you would like to create the topic in, move to the area that says, “create a new topic in” and type the topic of your topic and enter the contents in the relevant text areas.

Forum Rules and guidelines
1. Be respectful to other forum users. Do not harass, humiliate or embarrass others.
2. When responding to other people’s posts, try to stay on topic.
3. It is ok to disagree with others, but please do so in a respectful manner. Avoid personal attacks and offer ideas and an alternative point of view with your disagreement.
4. Ensure that your post does not contain any offensive, abusive, derogatory, or obscene content.
5. Do not post any content that is sexually explicit, hateful, racist, homophobic, sexist, provocative, or vulgar.
6. Make an effort to post substantive ideas. Avoid simply agreeing with others’ posts.

Rights of Forum Administrators and moderators

It is the responsibility of the forum administrators and moderators to ensure that the forum rules and guidelines are followed. As a result, the administrators and moderators of the forum have the authority to do the following:
1. Close the topic of a discussion forum
2. Delete topics and replies to a discussion forum
3. Remove members of a discussion forum who are found to be violating the forum’s rules and guidelines.
Consequences of Breaking the Rules
Depending on the severity of the infraction, persons found breaking the forum rules may receive a warning, a temporary ban, or be permanently barred from using the discussion forums at the discretion of the forum administrator.
